Refund Guide: Fly Jinnah, AirSial & SereneAir
For refunds from Fly Jinnah, AirSial or SereneAir, apply through the channel you booked with and follow each airline’s refund process. Policies differ, and low-cost fares are often restrictive. Always check the airline’s website for the current rules.
General steps
- Collect your ticket, booking reference and payment proof.
- Check the fare conditions: are changes and refunds allowed, and what fees apply?
- Apply through the airline’s website, app or customer service, or through your agent if you booked through one.
- Keep a record of your request.
- Follow up if you do not get a response in the stated time.
When refunds are more likely
When the airline cancels a flight or makes a major schedule change, you are generally entitled to a refund or to be rebooked, subject to the conditions of carriage.
SereneAir
SereneAir’s operations were reported suspended from October 2025. If you hold an unused SereneAir ticket, contact the airline, and your agent or payment provider, as soon as possible. See the SereneAir guide.
Booked with a card or wallet
If a refund is not paid, you may be able to ask your card issuer or payment provider about a dispute. Policies vary.
